RoR View

To verify or check your Record of Rights (ROR) on Bhulekh Odisha portal, follow the steps below:

• Visit the official website: https://bhulekh.ori.nic.in/RoRView.aspx.
• Next, choose the location details for ROR, including District, Tahasil, Village, and RI Circle.
• Afterward, select Khatiyan, Plot, or Tenant, then click "View RoR."

View Plot Details By Unique Plot ID

To check your plot details using a unique plot ID, follow the steps outlined below:

• Go to the Bhulekh Odisha portal at https://bhulekh.ori.nic.in/.
• Next, select "View Plot Details By Unique Plot ID" option on the homepage.

• Enter your unique plot ID and click on "View Plot Details."
• If you don't know your plot's unique ID, search for it using your District, Tahasil, Village, Khatiyan, and Plot.

Check Bhu Naksha Odisha - MAP View

• To view land maps (Bhu Naksha) in Odisha, visit https://bhunakshaodisha.nic.in, OR click on MAP View option on Bhulekh Odisha Portal.
• Select your district and click the "Submit" button.

• Choose your District, Tehsil, RI, Village, and Sheet Number.
• Click on the plot you want to view, and the plot details will appear. You can check the ROR Front Page and ROR Back Page.

• To generate a map report, click on MAP Report and select Single Plot or All Plots of the Same Owner, and click on show report PDF.

Finally, print the map in PDF format.

e-Pauti (ଇ-ପାଉତି) - Land Revenue Payment

• Go to the Odisha Bhulekh homepage and click on the "Payment of Land Revenue" option.

• You will be redirected to https://odishalandrevenue.nic.in/.
• Click on the "PAY LAND REVENUE" option.

• Enter the required Land Details and Demand Details (in Rs.).
• Click on the "Proceed" button.

• Choose your preferred payment method: debit card, credit card, or net banking.
• Complete the payment and save the receipt for future reference.
